Shipment lost, Seller does NOT replied as all , not even tried to complaint or get POD proof but even then have guts to send revision in feedback.

His words – Buyer claimed about this product and it is resolved in my favor. He/She Taking Advantage of being buyer by putting negative feedback.

we sell only imported products that comes with international warranty since 2 months samsung india has stopped accepted the imported drives due to this they are unable to recognized the drive any how you can send the drive to usa service centres or to our office we will do the replacement for free

personally i am using this drive since 4 years i did not faced any kind of problem because this is the SSD drive much better then the normal drive

already we sold 650+ drives no one faced any kind of problem yet i am sorry for the error in the listing

If it’s an Imported Product, this should have been mentioned on the product description page, don’t you think you are misleading the buyers?

Buyers should be well informed of the Item they are buying.

How long will you cover the said 5yr warranty and what is the guarantee that you will be there to cover it and won’t deny after the ebay guarantee period has lapsed?

If repair is required, who will bear the courier charges and what will be the turnaround time?

I am sorry for being harsh, but you are cheating Indian buyers.

I bought Lava pixel V2 For Rs 5,999 lowest ever i found. Just after purchase he sent ebay message and asking for shipping charges of Rs 299 to his bank.

Just after sending shipping charges he says Rs 57 deducted for receiving money so you have to send that again. So total i sent Rs 300 + Rs 60. Just after that he gave DOTZOT tracking number which is not trackable since last 3 days. On sending message on ebay, he send no reply. On calling him and asking, he says he will contact dotzot… nothing after that.

I have contacted ebay, they said if i don’t receive item on time i will receive refund. But they are not saying anything on what they will do with this seller as he’s still active on ebay.
