The seller is a top rated seller and has clearly mentioned in the description page that product will carry SONY INDIA DIRECT SERVICE CENTER WARRANTY.

But when I received the product the VAT paid invoice was missing and also the box was not sealed pack. I immediately contacted the seller and inquired about the things. He said he’ll not able to provide the bill. I told him without bill I cannot claim warranty from SONY. To this he told me that he will take care of any product issue within 6 months, but after 6 month he’ll not entertain any request. So finally I raised claim for a replacement, but finally what I got was a refund.

So friends beware of such fraud so called top rated or power seller.Before placing order please make sure whether the seller is providing valid invoice or not.

Good initiative. Is there a list like this for snapdeal and amazon? I had bad experience once there so i can share their names, will help others

Why I think he is Fraud:
I ordered Xperia Z Ultra via ebay from this seller. I only posted the deal and it became FPD also.

The seller shipped me a defective product. Upon raising the claim, ebay cc asked me to visit sony service center. Seller never replied to any of my mails. Phone number provided in his contact is of some brothel and he cannot be contacted.

I gave negative feedback (in a good language for sure) and that also was removed by ebay. Seems ebay and this seller both are looting people. This seller surely cannot be trusted as feedback listed (98% positive) is fake.

I had no option but to keep the phone, subsequently i left negative feedback for i2cworld_inc3
This was the feedback “sold a used phone as new, GEB means no warranty no claim no refund”

This was around 3 months ago.
Today i noticed that eBay had quietly removed by negative feedback against i2cworld_inc3.
This is how eBay quietly works hand in glove with GEB, removing some of the old negative feedback’s to
maintain a decent user rating for GEB, both cheats to the core.
Never will I deal again with eBay India and GEB.

It completely depends on how you present the issue during the claim
Once i bought a bought which says gsm unlocked and it has all 3g bands of india but 3g isnt working. I raised a claim with a lengthy description and after a week they called me pack and send back the item to seller
but luckily 3g started working 2 days back so i didnt returned it

Maybe you are true, but eBay + PayPal (now separate but still) have their own such service called HopShopGo, why would they use PPOBOX for bringing USA items to India?
