Guys, if you come across any Fraud seller or if you have a very good experience with any seller, lets share it here. So that we all can have a look at the list before purchasing anything from ebay.
I Will be updating the list when you share any or I request any MODs to take an initiative n update accordingly.
Am creating this thread after seeing a Deal which was even suggested for FPD by fellow dimers as most of us were not aware of that Fraud seller.

guys any one know about “gizmobhai” a ebay seller..!! i got a headphone 4m him during WTF…after lot of mess he shipped d product in d last day of d dead line..!! itz been three days still it says nt traceable..!! all ma calls to his no goes un answered..!! any one know him..pls help me..!!!

I bought USB speaker from gizmobhai and got on time. he has mentioned that shipping will be done in 3-5 days. also if he has updated shipping details than it’ll surely get delivered. sometimes it takes more than a day to get it updated and it’s not gizmobhai fault.
buddy he updated the shipping details on 18th..!! till nw itz nt traceable !!! 
which courier? bluedart? he’s genuine I can say. he uses eBay’s power shipping so that makes you him more trustable. click on my paisapay and there will be window seller shipped x items, click on track and in next page you may able to track without going to courier’s site.
no buddy i think he didnt ship via power shipping..!! mine s shipped via first flight..!!! i cant able to track in their website and also in ebay..!! his mob no s switched off datz wht it makes me worry more..!!!

Fir use jyada paise denewala customer mila e398 ke liye to wo mujhe blackmail karne laga ki agar wo 3extra modem nahi bhejoge to baki ka kuch bhi nahi dunga…
So i tried speaking with him politely…
Even today i tried to convince him that i want my money back or modems..
Still he is talking rude..
So my request to fellow frendz…that dont do any offline deal ..
Aur agar kabhi ebay se ya shopclues se usase modem kharida to usko negative comment deke apni dosti ke liye kuch kar sakte ho…
He almost cheated me for 10,000Rs…
Saale ko 1Rs bhi hajam nahi hoga aise karna hai..
Power seller status nikaal do uska…
Aur Shopclues pe bhi aap negative feedback de sakte ho..
I will file police complaint but i am only having bank account statement,courier AWB number and whatsapp chat…
I don’t think in India these case can stand…
Please help me in any way you can…
And never pay advance to any whole seller unless you know him or he lives nearby you…
Cromaelectronicstore on Ebay is a BAD Seller. Does not Cancel Orders, Poor CC, Poor response.
I cautioned here because many a times one needs to cancel the orders, guess happens with most. This seller over here will not oblige. Will stop responding to your Calls & messages.

is ebay seller sachit246 same as lapstore . i order laptop & got it fast within 3 days. saturday ordered. tuesday received 
. pricing was also great (cheapest of all).
if you plan to use new accounts to buy currency from high value coupons avoid navankur.d. he’s fake who buys own listing. didn’t ship my purchases saying he had closed his business but his rating still shows that he is still very much active and selling to very few of his own ids.

placed order combining two products one shipped via bluedart , he gave wrong AWB for other article .
Add gaurav_fox in bad list, i ordered my nokia 2700c body cover and i got keypad broken, i used my old one and requested seller for atleast a new keypad bt he didnt responded. After 5-7 days new cover paint faded and now its totally waste. .i lost 380 rs and its not worth of even 100rs. I feel cheated. And 1 more thing, never purchase lights, torch etc of Orkia brand, its 3rd class chinese product company. I wasted 300rs on orkia emergency light bt i think its not fault of seller.

bestsellerdeals2013 is a fraud seller. he purchase his own listings. if you buy anything, he will will give fake shipping details. because of him i lost a coupon.
Please add him in fraud seller list.
Amulya11. Bought reynolds n linc pens on 9 accounts using ebay 50 off on 55 .
He says that the phone no. Was wrong so the courier company did not bring it to my home. Don’t know if he’s telling truth or lie. I called him and he said that he will recharge my mobile n told me to confirm item received on ebay. Got 240 rs recharge for 5*9 = 45 rs. Don’t know if he’s good or bad. Good for recharge on ebay uing ebay coupons.
How is the seller “havocdeals”? His previous id was “bestitbazaar”
I bought a Nexus 4 on May 18. His listed price was 25495 Rs (I paid 23710 after I applied a coupon). The seller said he’ll ship the phone in 23-25 days assuming release of 30 May. But the phone released on 21 May. I contacted him several times (mobile, email and ebay message). He occasionally replied.
He told me to cancel the auto refund initiated at paisapay after 5 days (i.e 23 May). So, I contacted ebay. They told me not to do it because the seller will get the money in 12 days (5 days+7 days grace). And ebay CC called me once again yesterday and suggested me not to cancel the auto refund and that if still wanted to do it, he asked me to wait for another 7 days before doing it.
Today I emailed the seller several times and he asked my paisapay id to which I replied but he didn’t reply. So I filed a claim with ebay complaining about the lack of response.
The seller called me today evening and initially talked to me rudely but I calmly told him why I complained. Then he told me that he won’t get the phone for one more week because released a very limited number of phones.
After a bit of googling (his mobile number), I found out the seller has another account on ebay called “gtronix” and he is from Chandigarh.

If I’m not wrong you are referring to seller gtronixindia from Chandigrah.
Well, he is not a good seller specially for pre orders.. but don’t worry he will refund your amuont call/ mail him again and again and also talk to ebay CC regarding this.
Don’t worry you will get your money back and avoid him in future for preorders.

My bad experience with ebay…
Now a days ebay is taking no responsibility for getting discounted product delivered.
When ever I use a ebay coupon for purchase of a product, the product is not shipped and an automatic system generated refund request is initiated.
Whose fault is it?
Why ebay sellers are not honouring the coupons or the discounted deals?
Mostly ebay is charging the dealers more for the shipping charges, product hosting charges etc.
What ever it is the customer are the looser.
THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE BACK THE COUPON FOR REUSE AFTER REFUND PROCESS IS INITIATED.
Seriously Ebay should honour its own rules atleast or stop issuing coupons to other sites.

Provided fake shipping details and accepted that he has done intetionally as he was not having the product with him and deadline of shipping was coming near. He gave the Awb no. against the order placed of some other buyer and Tradus rejected the refund as according to that Awb no .the product has been delivered .
Anyhow, after so much of efforts i finally got the refund (6571 Rs, the same i paid for a hard drive) but the seller even didn’t helped 1% to make this thing easy for me .
