but this also reminds me of a friend who got the refund in his egv and forced flipkart to convert the egv balance

yes one more thing that happened – ordered using egv once [two separate orders]
one from fk advantage seller and other one from a normal seller

cancelled both of them

The return for fk advantage seller order was processed to my wallet where as for the second one the balance was restored to the egv back

i remember cancelling orders to get the egvs converted to wallet balance

but this also reminds me of a friend who got the refund in his egv and forced flipkart to convert the egv balance

That’s all old story. Not after they allowed adding GVs to wallet. Now, refund will be processed to the original mode of payment (GV / Wallet). Trust me, I’m a regular buyer at Flipkart these days because of the instant discounts for SBI cards.

Why do you visit my Uncle’s pages for this simple thing? Just use this syntax or whatever they call it… < img src = ’ IMAGE LINK ’ > (no spaces).

and then i return this product on 26 november . so will i get refund as wallet balance or it will expire ???

Yes, I have also noticed this oddity many times earlier. Seems like the parenthesis in his username cause the DD tagging system to act up.

@Tejaa @cm4444 @Magus don’t hyper, if you guys add gvs to wallet after that also you can gift those gv to anyone, by simply clicking on tranfer gift option, the respective gv will reach to that person via email and that guy can use it, agr add bhi kia to darne ki zarurat nhi. same i and @1cooldesidd done yesterday, i transfered him gvs which are added in my wallet. CC @batman @ishandon @DealSeeker fir chahe vo bnda un gvs ko wallet mai add kre ya gift card option pe use kre, no issues at all, and han maine wallet se kisi simple seller ka product lia tha, koi error nhi aya ki sirf ws retail ka product lena hai.

Arey, that info was irrelevant here. batman just wanted to know if GVs / wallet cash could be used for all sellers and the number of GVs that can be used while paying / adding to wallet. Where does the question of transfering GCs come in here? Finish your graduation first. Then you will understand these things a bit more easily.

What makes you think I suggested him to prefer GV to wallet? But I didn’t suggest otherwise when he said he decided not to go for wallet. It is a bit safer to go for GV because with Flipkart, we never know when our account may get blocked citing silly reasons, which leads to loss of all wallet money. Hope you get it now.

But if you still want to prove that I suggested something wrong and you corrected it with a large heart, then let it be so. I never feel bad in losing to little kids.

So don’t risk that, mail them to add the refund to wallet balance
