but after sending money .he is not responding.
what should I do?

Please don’t transact with newbies. It’s an untold rule of dd. And dd need to start middle man service with volunteer by senior Dimers. It’ll surely give highest level of security to all Dimers. Nowadays dd i has been reported with many of fraud cases which must need to be look after by dd admin. It’s been some months by when the mods are super active to remove posts with gv selling, tricks, hacks. But admin never look after those guys who suffered with fraud cases.
Everything has an end, remember orkut? At the end of them they faced many many hacks. They wasn’t loyal to their users. So users got their alternatives. In the same way most of the diners using whatsapp groups and others to get fulfil their desire.
Users are here for their need only not to obey your new and new rules. And everyone knows dd is losing their popularity since months. So my humble request to the admin(s) to try to protect your buyers and get their votes to implement your so called rules. Else you will be in a deal website archive group only.

But these illegal activities are happening outside purview of DD , people are dealing on whatsapp / chat / mails etc … where DD has no control .
And why will DD involve itself in such filthy activities .. DD is trying to improve its image .
And these karma or level thing is big nonsense , its a matter of months for shantanu to create a new ID , gain 10k+ karma and loot again .. one time big loot of lacs of amount .. You just need little bit of patience and intelligence , people are here standing with open hands to get themselves looted .

But now buyers have become more alert after the shantanu case ,they now verify the member is it the same one or not ,and then transact in parts to avoid, if seller is cheating, And most of them have even have saved the rippers list so that the same ripper can’t rip anyone once again.

Know one thing, DD is an open platform, any one who can read and write along with internet acess can join DD. Even a 6 year old without UID card can. As it is a deals – website- forum. There is much possibility for any fraud to occur whereas ba nks takes utmost responsibility with modern technolgy to protect its customers. Customers can dispute a fraud transaction and can get a refund acc. to particular banks rules and regulation though there r some excption but this is DD, trading has not been completly banned from DD due to some seniors dimers into consideration.

DD is not your papa or big brother to whom you come running if someone in the galli beats you.
DD is open platform & meant for deals primarily and not for trading etc. That’s not facilitated here and driven only by desire of users with whole & sole risk being theirs.
