House Tax using credit card

Hii guys need to pay around 24k house tax. It can only paid on their website although there's 2 gateway options of HDFC & ICICI where I am getting credit card option.
Out of my cards both Axis ACE & Flipkart Axis seems doesn't give cashback for govt service.
For Onecard couldn't find any such clause so anyone have idea of this??
Other card I have SBI BPCL & Kotak platinum but both have bad reward rate.

Don't have both only got SBI BPCL not even sure if it will count as spend criterion for sbi or axis.

If you are eligible, apply for apay icici. You will be able to see the virtual card in the app after registration. Pay even before it gets delivered.
Or any card you find useful, if you can wait for a week to get it delivered.
I am looking for apay ICICI do they give it pre-approved even if there's no prior relationship with ICICI?

Go with apay card. also sbi simplyclick gives points for tax payments so it should give points here I think.
