Because so far i have seen mostly the BJP trolls indulging in this despicable behavior.

आजकल बीजेपी के नेता अपनी रैलियों में ताल ठोककर विदेशों में जमा काला धन लाने की बात करते है! इनकी सरकारे भी सबने देख ली है, और किसी को पता नहीं है कि इन्होने काले धन को लाने के लिए अपने कार्यकाल में क्या कदम उठाये थे, और कांग्रेस को तो इस मुद्दे से कुछ लेना देना है नहीं है|

मगर ये बात सबको पता है, कि काले धन को विदेशों से बाहर लाने से पहले एक छोटा सा कदम, जो है RTI के अंतर्गत आने का, वो न ही कांग्रेस और न ही बीजेपी उठाना चाहती है| ऐसे में ये सिर्फ चुनावी वायदे है हैं कि हम काला धन वापस लेकर आयेंगे|

Global Financial Integrity (GFI) की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक हर 24 घंटे में भारत से 240 करोड़ रुपये काले धन के रूप में देश से बाहर चले जाते है| 1948 से लेकर 2008 तक 9.7 लाख करोड़ रुपये देश से बहार जा चुके है| ये राशि कोयला घोटाले से 5.5 गुना अधिक है|

सबसे रोचक बात ये है कि 5.7 लाख करोड़ रुपये का काला धन 2000 से 2008 के बीच में देश से बहार गया है|
