Dear Myntra,


I am writing to report a critical issue related to a recent order and my deep dissatisfaction with the help service I have received from MYNTRA over the past few weeks. My experience with your customer service has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
I placed with company DressBerry. Order number: 124891614019255992801, On 12th October, I placed an order for Women Black Solid Ballernias through your website. This order was crucial, and I eagerly awaited its arrival at my address mentioned in the delivery information which was supposed to be deliver by 15th October however till time have not received the order nor have any update about the same. Unfortunately, I was shocked to discover that my order was delivered (mentioned in your website) but not at my address. The package ended up at which is not my location.
This situation has resulted in a considerable inconvenience and distress. I had chosen MYNTRA based on its reputation for reliable service, and this misdelivery has severely undermined my trust in your services. I had been relying on the correct item for an upcoming event, and the misdelivery has caused significant disruption.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in rectifying this issue. To address this matter, I would appreciate it if you could:

Initiate a thorough investigation to determine how the misdelivery to the wrong address occurred and take corrective action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Contact the recipient at the wrong address, if possible, to arrange for the retrieval of the misdelivered package. If you have delivered the order then you should have the receiving from the Receiver's family/member.

Arrange for the correct Product to be expedited to my address.

Provide me with tracking information for the correct shipment and confirm the estimated delivery date.


Moreover, my frustration primarily stems from the following issues:



Long Wait Times: I attempted to reach your customer service team multiple times, I encountered unreasonably long wait times both on the phone and through online chat. These extended wait periods not only wasted my time but also tested my patience.


Lack of Prompt Responses: Even after waiting for extended periods, I often received delayed or inadequate responses. It seemed as though the customer service representatives were not well-equipped to handle inquiries effectively and promptly.


Ineffective Problem Resolution: The core issue that concerns me is the failure of your customer service team to address and resolve the issues I raised many times. It was a problem with an order the solutions provided were often unsatisfactory or ineffective, leading to further frustration.


Inconsistency in Information: In some cases, I received conflicting information from different representatives regarding the same issue, which only added to the confusion and inconvenience.

I value the products and services MYNTRA offers, and I have been a loyal customer for a considerable time. However, the quality of customer service I have experienced does not align with the standards I expect from a company of MYNTRA's stature.
I kindly request that you take immediate steps to address my issue. Specifically, I would appreciate the following: An assurance that the problems I have faced will be rectified and that measures will be taken to improve the overall quality and efficiency of your customer service.
A commitment to provide a more timely and effective response to inquiries and issues raised by your customers. I hope you understand that customer satisfaction is paramount to the success of any business, and I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution of these concerns.

I always keep my complains short, to the point and easy to understand in fear that whoever is supposed to read will just toss it in trash if it's too long winded 🥲
