My amazon account have been closed !! help

guys help me my amazon account have been closed i dont know the reason !! but there were many order which was open and which was not amazon fulfilled ( above 4000 bucks )

so please help me in this case what to do !! ( placed above 100’s of orders )

will they open it ??

Yes they do check. While filling address details you can clearly see there are two options – Residential/Home OR Office.

Yes they do check. While filling address details you can clearly see there are two options – Residential/Home OR Office.

Thats just an identifier for logistics and delivery purposes right?

i have 2 accounts, but for placing an order at the same address i write my address differently. rephrase it completely. this helps and avoid using the same address if you have gv in your account.

We have 4 families in the same building share same address just only floor no. differs, and nobody bothers to write floor no, as either GF people direct them or collect articles and pass to others when we are not home.

The end result of excessive online deal hunting is net loss I experienced.

Amazon doesn’t block multiple accounts. They block accounts of people who misuse their promotional offers & policy

Amazon is aware of the same building problem and they don’t ban for that. In fact all your family members can have their own account with the same address (In US they have prime and now the prime benefits can be shared only to the household members which mean having the same address). But they ban accounts for misusing these accounts to avail the benefits of limited deals. When they say a product is limited to 1 per account that would mean 1 per household and if you order from all the accounts it would simply be breach of their T&Cs. The limitations exist for a reason and aims to stop re-sellers profiting at the cost of amazon’s loss. Other than that lightning deals can’t be availed in more that one account per household. Not sure about how seriously they consider GC purchases using promo codes (Maybe again the same one per household rule applies).

And if your account gets banned because of the same building problem you can appeal them and explain them the situation. But again don’t tell them everyone in the building uses the same IP address and share the same account. If these things are shared they of course would be your household mostly and even if not it would be plain bad luck.

There are even instances of someone moving to a new address which was already banned and updating that address has caused the banning of the account. You just have to mail them explaining it and they have all the data to cross verify. Just that they don’t do it at the first instance and they would just do it superficially in the first instance as per their AI reports. That is the reason they ask you to appeal if you are not satisfied with the banning.

If anything is restricted per house then they should make it clear. I do not see any restrictions related to house in their TnC. Best thing is Amazon should cancel the order if they want to honor per home/whatever. Appealing…etc very tedious you know, I went through all this shit for ola just for few hundred rupees(digibank offer) albeit finally unblocked, in case of mobikwik Lumia offer lost after all efforts.

You don’t have to go through tedious appeal process like those unprofessional customer care. You just have to reply to their mail and they would give you the proof too if there is any violation. Else they would call you and apologize for their mistake (personal experience-a supervisor called me and apologized for the mistake of the account specialist)

My Couple of Accounts Got Blocked For The Same Reason.Main Cause Is One Per Person Limited Products and PE. Sometimes Sellers Do Report Amazon When You Order Products on PE on Same Address From Multiple Accounts.
If You Had Orders Which Has Been Shipped It Will Be Delivered
If The Order Is Amazon Fullfilled And In State of Preparing for Dispatch or Not Dispatched It Will be Cancelled and your Refund will be credited To Source Account
If The Order Is Seller Fullfilled It’s Seller’s Wish Whether To Ship it or Not. As You Have Said It’s PE orders and Were Prepaid It Will Most Probably Auto Cancelled If Seller Does Not ship within Timeline and Again Amount Will Be Refunded Into Source Payment Mode
The GV Balance Which You Had In Account Will Not be Refunded even If You Have Used Them For Orders which are still open.

Note : They Will Not Open Your Account Unless and Until It’s Their Fault.

Amazon is successful in achieving this loyal customer base where customers feel that they can’t afford to be banned by amazon. This is when they stop causing loses to amazon and in the end it will be win-win for all. I don’t think I have ever seen people being so careful with flipkart, ebay, snapdeal etc as they know that they don’t mind getting banned. Cheers.

I used to operate like 3 amazon accounts (My dad’s, sisters and mine) at a time. That was like 1.5 years back
The only time i used to place multiple orders for limited time deals was for Axis cards but never used same card, same address and also that was not amazon fulfilled order so kinda safe as they are shipped via bluedart only
Sometime back i had a chat with ATS guy who delivers packages often to my home, i was surprised to hear from him that these delivery guys also report multiple package deliveries of same item https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_eek.gif
And i do often make purchases from amazon.com ,amazon.de, amazon uk . So if they block my one account all these connected accounts would get blocked and heard that its the end of the journey. Even if we create a new account, amazon some how tracks it and blocks them

I have 16 accounts and have been operating them since more than 1 year now. Created them first to get gift cards at 10% discount (amazon and woohoo) to purchase iPhone. Each of my account has more than 25 orders (apart from primary account). The last transaction I made on all accounts was just a month ago to get gift cards in that Rs. 75 off on Rs. 1000 and Rs. 50 off on Rs. 500 offer. But now I won’t risk it, done with multiple accounts.

If The Order Is Seller Fullfilled It’s Seller’s Wish Whether To Ship it or Not. As You Have Said It’s PE orders and Were Prepaid It Will Most Probably Auto Cancelled If Seller Does Not ship within Timeline and Again Amount Will Be Refunded Into Source Payment Mode
The GV Balance Which You Had In Account Will Not be Refunded even If You Have Used Them For Orders which are still open.

Note : They Will Not Open Your Account Unless and Until It’s Their Fault.
