Netplus Broadband Payment made via Amazon- Not Credited

Hello Dimers,

I made four Payments of Rs500 each for NETPLUS BROADBAND via Amazon on 23feb,2024

On Amazon Its showing all four as successful, But Only One txn got reflected at biller end.

I am following up on this with both Amazon and Netplus since then. Amazon provided the Txn IDs that all txns are success, But Netplus is not updating those.

Used RUPAY PLATINUM CARD offer to pay the bill.

Please let me know How and where to escalate the issue?

Any good advice will be really helpful to me.

same happened with me, raised complaint with netplus and shared the bbps ref number as well. they are checking

If Amazon is using bbps then raise a complain here https://www.bharatbillpay.com/support/raise-com... yeh khud netplus ko ragad denge. netplus is at fault here.
