And also even if its applicable pan india, there wont be any benefits for non bsnl evdo card users

I didn’t say they would offer unlimited data as compensation but from BSNL anything is welcome. Atleast I will sell my dongles and pay for next month’s internet

There is no need to unlock, you can use them as they are. But I would rather sell and them and buy ZTE.

Been to BSNL exchange few minutes back and the guys over there were pretty sure that EVDO services are not gonna shutdown this month
When i told them about bsnl discontinuing evdo services in few states, they were like we are still issues new evdo sims and activation of one evdo connection is still pending

Still i insisted them to call some higher authorities to get a clarification regarding this as they werent 100% sure. After making few calls, the guy over CSC told me that BSNL isnt shutting down EVDO in Bangalore at least not in the coverage area of this exchange. I dunno how this works?

Sadly they don’t have that option. I even contacted their CC and asked if there is a way an they told me that it’s not possible.

I am not able to connect since 4-5 days.

Btw, you have to surrender the EVDO data card to get free 3G data card and you also get 10GB 3G data free valid for next 6 months.

Talked to Circle Head, He said the technical dept is now least concerned about evdo as its going to end in few days.
So they won’t rectify any network issue now.
