By seeing at the pic that OP shared, it seems that the package was sealed with a cellophane tape.

If that is the case, may be the courier personnel is involved in the pilferage. So on the contrary i would should you to contact the courier agency that delivered the product about the matter on priority basis.

I don’t know what else to suggest you as many senior dimer’s suggested you different way out, i would rather say not to loose patience, be calm and contended and tweet the concern to “paytmcare” on twitter.

You may ask them to call you instead by tweeting them about the urgency of the situation.

1. Did the packaging look tampered when you received the product?
2. Was the packet sealed or partially open?
3. Please share few pictures of the outer and inner packaging .

and my answers goes like this

1. NO the outer packaging by delivery service didnt looked tampered at all
2 the inner paytm package did looked tampered and there was this htc mobile paper cover around the mobile case ,which was already tore apart (if i was there ,i would have got alerted but then again my sister didn’t)
3. i have sent the pic

also uploaded customer understanding doc with all the required details
