PAYTM FRAUD SELLER...I received used item from PayTM after paying in advance.

There are rogue buyers.. as such as there are rogue sellers…

The purchase policies need to be upgraded.
If a buyer gets parcel via courier/sometimes due to buyer not available courier ppl leave parcel with watchmen,neighbours,friends but there is no verification of received product then and there.

Suppose there was a policy that after receiving by courier bou ,The buyer can open and verify then and there abt the product genuineness and accept/reject based on reality,then it would be good for both buyer/seller.
As in transition the products must have got tampered so there is no blame game on buyer.F*k sellers who do fraud to loyal buyers.
I have bought many things from PayTM this is the one that lost me trust in PayTM.

I have put Almost 3k in the Philips product. I will certainly sue them if they don’t refund in a day or two. The buyers should also have some policies as because of buyers these sites are fluffing.
Let’s make a buyers association!!
Let’s put up something like

-after verifying only we will pay (COD).
-Never buy by making payments in advance and online if product value is more than 500 rs.
-Don’t buy products that offer superficial discounts.
-Sellers also have paid people who login and give fake ratings (good) to their own. Buyers should make others aware in case they get conned like I did.
- Facebook/Twitter should have pages where buyers meet, rate, discuss and highlight about buying related issues.
-Let’s rise against unethical behaviour of these filler sellers!!

Having said that, I would request both the buyers & sellers to do a video while packing/unpacking a product. I know that the process is not full-proof, but at least provides some evidence.

i process multiple orders daily, so its not possible for me to make video of every product i ship, though i have shoot the video while receiving the return package from the buyer and in my case i don’t think the courier company would have tempered the package because if the package was tampered then why the buyer would have accepted the package with only 2 pcs in it and courier guy must not be having other fabric with him to replace the original fabric.

Courier Company… Most of the time a transit insurance is done.

PayTM has given me 3 invoices and removed 500 rs from wallet.
The customer care number only works for product enquiry and not recharge.They posted me invoices and removed amount for recharging Airtel number which when dialled says number does not exist.
Fraud PayTM fraud policies.
Its high time people should stand against such online shopping portals else in no time ppl will lose hope and trust from online shopping.
Thus affecting genuine sellers and buyers.

I don’t trust PayTM,already without my acknowledgement Rs 450+Rs60+Rs30 i.e. total Rs 540 is invoiced me for Airtel number 8131805849 which does not exist. This is clearly a PayTm manipulation. Instead of return,I will prefer going to Consumer Court and file a case against PayTM.
Refund my entire amount in cash that is charged in the bill for Philips product and take it away.Send PayTM representative to verify product condition.
My entire amount is with you.I have given enough evidence to you.You have reduced my PayTM wallet amount of 545 rs for fraud number recharging.
And you feel I will believe that you will refund me on product return.
I am going to sue this PAYTM for fraud harassment and wasting my time with no refunds.

but I wish to add my experience.

I booked 4-5 order for my kid (remote car/ remote robot)
All the time I received 1. wrong item , 2. Correct item with component missing, 3. not working product.

All the time I returned. But it is very hard to return. Once kids look for the item they get unhappy .

I will never buy from Paytm i.e. remote item.
