Reliance fraud by store person - plz help me dimers suggest me solution

On 12th July 2016 i went to reliance store to do safe custody of my 4G Data Card. My All bills were paid and there was no pending bill, but the person at the store told me i have to pay the unbilled amount so he calculated and asked to pay rs.1500/- including Safe Custody Charges for 3 Months.
My number was suspended in few hours but it was not in safe mode i think due to 4G recent up-gradation so he told me it will take more 2 weeks to safe custody to activate
On 30th July i got email from Reliance stating new plans of 4G and it was not suiting my needs so i planned to terminate my connection. So i visited the store again with termination application of my number, but the number was still not in safe custody it was suspended.
The main issues comes here i had paid Rs.1500/- for unregenerate bill + safe custody charges. But i have still received bill from Reliance of which Rs.197/- bill was still pending, i told the store person when i had paid you Rs.1500/- why there is still due of Rs.197/-, he said me to pay it bymyself. I asked him when i had paid you Rs.1500/- why should i pay again the due of Rs.197 from my pocket.
And i briefly checked the bill and found that the store person had paid only 597/- Rs. of unregenerate bill and he took Rs.1500/- from me. So my question is why i was charged so much by the store person, i asked the person also but he didn’t gave proper answer.
Today again i called him to pay the remaining due of rs.197/- but again he is saying to pay the bill myself. So when i have paid Rs.1500/- why should i pay the remaining due from my pocket and where is the rest money gone in his pocket? I want transparency on this matter.
What can i do?? with the store person.

Yes i have voucher kind, on that they have stamped. On complaining to reliance they are saying to visit the same store to ask. But i visited several times he said you can pay yourself and today i called also and told him. He told by the end of the day will do but still not done.

Exactly! Proof is very important. Contact the store manager to begin with. We can discuss further steps if this doesn’t get resolved locally.

Yes i have voucher kind, on that they have stamped.
In this case, do write to them thru email or on website with the proof and ask why u were being charge monthly bill when no was in safe custody. Once get tkt/case no keep following thru that. Hope this helps.

The problem is the store manager is a fraud here, i had paid him rs.1500/- and i saw in bill i had got only 700/- bill and he paid 500/- and more 200 is pending and what about the rest balance. 700- 1500 = 700/-

Well, if you have a voucher confirming receipt of 1500 by them, mail a soft copy of the same narrating the entire story to nodal or appellate authorities. They will certainly take action. Just Google to get their mail IDs.

See i was not billed so he told i have to clear unbilled amount for the active days.

when bill came on 27th i saw there was advance payment of rs.597/- and reaming 197/- was due.
so from rs.1500/- he only paid rs.597/- and rest all in his pocket.

U can also write to TRAI and appellate authority.
I can send the legal notice yo company claiming rs 903+interest for the period + harrsassment charges + legal fess = Roughly 1 lac rs.
I wish u were in western country and u can get many advocates to fight the case without any money in adcance.

Be clear on the proof u have for Rs1500 payment.

@cody When you paid 1500, did you get a receipt for 1500 or not? This is still unclear. If you do have a proper receipt of 1500 from the Reliance store (with the sign and stamp) but your bill only shows a payment of 700 for that date, then you have nothing to worry. Just email a copy of the receipt for 1500 to Reliance customer care and they would take care of things.

Its not the bill paid invoice, but its just a voucher that Rs.1500/- is collected from me.
