any way, the point is.. i got some people i know who work in cement industry (logistics) some in finance, but can not readily tell if they have ongoing staffing requirements.
depending on your buddy’s temperament and liking and location preference, things need to be taken forward.
[not saying it negatively. by temperament, i meant: if not Civil services exam, might he later try for other things while in an employment or again prepare for these exams. (he can choose a work environment that is more relaxed if plans for other things on the side)]

@Plato Woh sab MNP pe.mil jaata hai, I know those but was trying to know if there is a refer and earn thing which should be done online. Last October used that Vodafone refer a friend got free calls for 1 year to 1 number I referred. I know one of Reliance of 500 MB per refer but Reliance is a waste and they stopped their services here in Odisha. So skipped that. Tell me if you come across any such offer.
