Sorry. If I may have sounded harsh but lately people are selling tricks, coding to maximise benefits and this list is endless and upon that some people have started it as a mean of primary income. Frauds and cheating is also on rising curve

I dont think even newbies and deal cadets are fraud everytime…cheater are everywhere..Even if u take my case, I have been on dd for more than a year now, but still i have very less karma (184), because i dont have much time to spend here…still due to some magical alert given by vaibhab and dealseeker i’m able to grab some good deals…So i can suggest dont stop trading and dont refrain newbies or deal cadets from trading section..just make a rule that a dimer should be 3 or 6 months old here to trade or something…this will prevent new accounts popping out to trade….

If dimers wants to trade , either for buy or sell then they themselves are responsible . Dimers with lower karmas should make the payment first. If any wrong thimg happen then they themselves are responsible. DD cannot be blamed. I don’t think DD needs to make any rules regarding Trading section. It is not needed.

Sometimes we needs to buy it from some good dimers & sometimes you get it free if dimer is good friend of you.

I’ve been on DD for almost 5 years now, though not so active earlier but yes I have been here quite frequently.

I guess the trading section is a necessity, where one can look for coupons, gv’s and other things can be accessed easily.

But you need to restrict the selling of certain things like accounts.
Please see, this can have a drastic impact on your Company/Brand/Website if some company like ‘Flipkart’ or ‘MakeMyTrip’ decides to sue you.

Because there are many things whih are happening under your nose, you cannot stop people from doing such things, but it is your moral responsibility to control such things which you are not doing.

Moreover, selling of accounts is illegal, which you are very much aware of.

But, it is all upto you that how much you understand what I am trying to convey. ☺

Those voting NO without any vested interest or looking own gains actually don’t know about RDX, Deadman or Achilles to name a few (many more, these 3 came in mind quickly). When chindichors these days sell even generic codes for 2-3 bucks these hero’s of DD used to provide codes worth thousands for free..!!

Have even come across people who were PMing one of those 3 you named and requesting them for codes and later trading those codes in DD with their other ID.

I have traded only once and my experience was very good . Missed a deal of Philips Bluetooth speakers that i wanted to gift to my Sis on her coming birthday than saw a msg on same thread that one dimer bought and changed his mind . Because it was bought from Ebay so address change was not possible. Thanks to @viSH who arranged a pickup for me from original buyer and i got it delivered just a day before Birthday !!! That happiness of my sis on that birthday will be remembered to me always and that’s why i love this community .

Though all this happened outside the trading section but i don’t think it will be a good idea to remove this section completely from DD We can come with better ideas to make it more safe or can draft a topic of how to trade safely which will come handy for newbies . Can even maintain a thread of Dimers to share their experience so that a list can be made like we make for seller’s rating .Calling @DealSeeker @cm4444@ @marketdimer@ @@@chinzzz@@ @Qwerty
