Timtara cheats- no product no refund

Hi All,
I brought Micromax A100 for Rs.8999 from timtara.com on 15sep2012. Request to Cancel the Order for many times. But not cancelled till date. Product not delived till date(08oct2012) sent mails several time to customer care no response. call customer care every day they say their backend team will call back but no response from them. I have been cheated by Timtara.com I have done online shopping from Ebay,tradus, Flipkart all are best. This is the first time i am facing problem for onlne shopping. this is because of timtara. Please dnt shop with Timtara.com thereare many people suffering like me. i did a mistake by not checking reviews of timtara before shopping.
