Timtara is fraud use public money and even refund after using money more than 30 days...

I have booked a Phone from timtara.com website my order number is 10321348, and Transaction Id:10141193. The Price of the Phone is Rs 17,900 and order was placed on 06/09/2012 and they have promised to deliver the order within 3 Weeks and they have Failed to do so.I have asked for a Refund, They are saying that order will be cancelled after the 10 days After the query is Raised.And When ever i try to call them on the Customer service number 0135-3051500 they keep disconnecting the call and if they do answer the call the customer service agents are very rude.If we ask for the Manager,the Reply i get is manager is busy or he is not there in the office. I strongly recommended for don’t buy any product from www.timta...om.
