Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…
When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…
This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

So I was holding 4 cards from axis but last week I closed axis Flipagram and applied for axis neo and same was rejected when asked for the reason they said axis has 3 cards policy then I asked to check my account how I was holding 4 cards since last year they do not have any answer.
Just called to Customer service and asked for the neo cards offer but she also stated the same that I am already holding 3 cards and they do not issue 4 cards as per the bank policy. 
Edit: Agent told they have 3 cards policy and cannot take request for 4th card, asked for the axis ace upgrade but she denied then asked to upgrade the axis myzone and after few mins silence hold she ready to take the request and sent the link for LTF neo rupay card but also stated your old card will automatically get closed within 45 days and all due//emi transferred to axis neo and now I am not sure myzone will really gonna close but let's see...

Yes old card will get closed if you upgrade through reward based card
Upgrade via cashback based card like Flipkart, airtel so your old will not be closed

My LTF My Zone Visa is eligible for LTF Neo RuPay but whenever I complete the request, they say there is some technical glitch on their side due to which they are unable to raise a Service Request and to try again in 2 days. It's happening since last week. Tried today also.
Maybe because I got Axis Ass 🍑 Axe🪓Ace in Feb, it's creating this "technical issue".

The offer is also visible in Axis Mobile app. Just go to credit card section. If not visible, go back and again revisit CC page. You might get other cards too along with this Neo Rupay there. I had Axis Privilege CC listed there as well.
For Privilege old card was to be closed after 45 days.
For Neo Rupay, existing card (Myzone in my case) would work post upgrade to Neo Rupay. Check for that message.
No call, No OTP. Just took the app login pin, and card was generated instantly.
