Please recommend best mobile phone for Rs 20,000

Hello friends!
I seek some recommendations for my new mobile phone purchase. I am willing to spend around Rs 20,000 + 1/2 K or if there is something good under 20,000.
As of now, there are following phones I am thinking about
- Galaxy S4
- Galaxy Grand 2
- OnePlus One
Please give your recommendations, pros and cons of any models if you know.
Also, what are the best options to buy the phone while saving the most? Will eGVs help? How many can be used for single purchase? What denominations will result in best price?

Please do not use OPO and Grand 2 in the same sentence ! They are poles apart in terms of actual performance !

S4 and OnePlus is fine but Grand 2? 
Add Huawei Honor 6 to your list too if you are not too brand conscious.
If you love Samsung then go for S4. Its old model now but by all means one of the best Samsung phone.

Well the best phone by all means. I am using it for almost a month now and no phone satisfied me till date like this phone did.
Battery backup is really amazing to say the least.
I’ll say go for OnePlus One and I bet you won’t be disappointed.

Huawei Honor 6 :- Excellent specs but it is huawei afterall !
The phone is priced pretty well but the main issue is Huawei itself . They simply suck at updating stuff . First they stuck with Mediatek and now they have their own Kirin Octa SOC . No chances of community development means you are stuck with emotion UI forever . Plus only god knows when they will bring out Lollipop . Not a safe bet !

Yellow Tint was there on some of the initial lots but no more there plus that is not a big issue you can even solve it yourself.
I have no yellow or red or blue or pink tint.
Heating issue? hahaha please don’t joke. I am using and there is no heating issues.

Yes you are right about the software part of Huawei.
But someone who don’t like messing around with Custom Roms this actually can be a great option.
Not everyone want to install custom roms etc.
If root is available then plenty of things get covered.
I gave my dad Huawei Honor 3c and its a wonderful device most importantly he loves it. 
I don’t know y u guys r still stuck onto Samsung evn now..
Though OPO is d safest bet ryt now but if u r too brand conscious u can evn go for HTC Desire 820.
Its a nyc phn afterall.
Go for OnePlus One..it is truly an amazing phone 
Personal experience….My brother bought Oppo…heating problem and handset will restart on its own.It happens almost like once in 3 day because of ram cluttering.
If i keep on closing the apps even then java heaps builds up and it causes abrupt power off.
We are waiting if the problem goes on its own or else 15 days at service station and the sluggish feeling of buying a new fone and getting all this mess.

Wait for 1 week, you can buy 2 yureka 
I am using OPO, battery backup is great, nice colors, nice body, using cyanogen , no heating issues,
Some dumb people call it chinese, they also used to call my first android chinese (pantech burst)
And 64gb inbuilt memory, what you need more, you can store anything, even your high quality 1080 p fantasies also.
I am happy.
P.s my OPO also gets restart one time in 2-3 days!
Last phone used was nexus 4.
I more thing when My bro bought Oppo he also asked for the opinion and bought it but the thing is specs are not the only thing in mobile, the integration is also important.
2 gb ram is present in some 10k phones as well and Asus just announced 4gb ram in new handsets but the architecture must be good so just buy respected handsets like Nexus 5, Lg series etc etc…..but avoid these oppo,one plus one etc.
You will have your eyes closed if you opt for anything except the iPhone 4S. Open your eyes and make an informed decision.
