I Bought 11 packets almost four months back n they r still not giving my 11th Voucher. Voucher z completely diff from Winpin. Indiatimes wont have winpins(I may be ignorant though). Bigcity promotion generates winpins. You have register the voucher by sending a message to a number n den call bigcity promotions. They say that they take 48hours to generate n give but they usually call n confirm the details n give the Winpin at the end of the day. They say that they can take da request of only one voucher per call. I blasted the Supervisor n den he allowed the agent to take da request for 2.

Note: Call to Bigcity promotion z not Toll free n the average wait time z more dan 12mins for me. I redeemed 8 till now. There was a time when I was irritated n disconnected the call after 30mins.

No they also have wipin and thts the trick involve. Jst call them and ask for wipin,they talk to their senior official and gave you wipin. If you ask for vouchers than they must giving u execuses for a long tym. Got to know abt this one month ago frm FKM but surely this will lead to end of this trick when tomo2w they have more than 100 call for wipin.:-P

Here’s the another one

Apply your winpin and let your transaction failed. Your winpin gets blocked for 30-60 mints. Now call Bigcity promotions and tell them to block it permanently and issue you a new winpin. Most probably your will get new winpin in 30-60 mints or so but here is the loophole in their system that they put the request to block your winpin and it gets processing next 24 hours and in the meanwhile you will get another winpin and your old blocked winpin also gets active in another 30-60 mints.

One more important thing as i already mentioned Bigcity promotion has too many loopholes in their process and system and secondly they don’t follow any standard process so it may be possible that Customer care guy may request you to wait for blocked winpin to get active or may say you to wait 48 hours to get new winpin. If it happens call them again…worked for me many times…This is just one trick and there are many such tricks …doesn’t matter any one believes or not….
