Alert Administrator to Ban Timtara Site

now a days so many dimmers lost money & time from timtara,stuck amount several days,no communication with buyers ,totaly harassment with timtara deals

timtara shipping delay is not main problem for buyer but no communication from cuscare via phone call or mail ,this is totaly harassment to buyers

call & mail not replied from TT ,but only one option for communication via Facebook ,now a last 3 days back my FB id Blocked TT & stuck my amount around 6500 last 25 days

within one minute five accepted dimmers,if who agree this issue. please rate it & “post your opinion also ,its very importent for this topic to see Admin, we dimmers feelings”

If we start banning sites for creating problems , hardly 2-3 sites will be left for which deals can be posted

I do understand that certain sites are more notorious but most sites have given hard times to plenty of people. If we plan on banning sites on customer non satisfaction , we can easily ban seventymm , timtara , fashnvia , bagittoday , koovs , indiatimes , yebhi , dealsandyou , fashionandyou , 99labels , indiaplaza , babyoye , starcj , greendust , homeshop18 , tradus and many many more.

It all depends on stock , shipping zone and many parameters are there. Star CJ delivered Peter England shirt to some ppl in just 6 days and for some no information even after 2 months.
Similarly with Future Bazaar and for Timtara i have place around 6 orders and no problems till now. While the site like Craftvilla may have given some pain like late shipping etc to some customers.

My timtara order is not delivered since 1.5 months. Rs 2000 stuck with them. They do not pick my phone. Now they have stopped replying on emails also.

I have approached Akosha.com and CNBC Awaaz Pehredar with this matter.

I am also in touch with my uncle who is a lawyer and he will file my case in consumer forum this week. I have asked for Rs 2000 refund and Rs 2000 in penalty for mental tension and harassment they have given to me.

My friend in Times Of India has promised to publish about Timtara frauds very soon.

if a timtara deal is posted, every one could vote it down or up and they will put up their experiences, so people will finally decide to buy it or not…..!! no one is forced to buy any product though it is posted in desidime….!!

if it is not posted in desidime…many people wont know the fraud tactics of them, and might end up buying by seeing offers in some other sites….!!

this is not a good idea to stop timtara …..!!

I understand how much pain in the A$$ such situations can be. Had similar ( may be worst ) first hand experience with Fashnvia few months back.
Recently mydala was selling some Timtara Rs.700 off vouchers. I suggest you call mydala people and tell them some shit stories to get direct telephone number of Timtara senior people ( something like that you purchased 1 coupon but timtara has canceled the order after payment and not replying back / not picking up calls , etc ). Something similar worked for me with Fashnvia and I than bombarded the senior fashnvia people daily at there mobile till the time I got my refund. Fashnvia people also got shocked that how I got the mobile number of senior management and also got afraid that I was creating negative publicity for them with deal sites like koovs , DNY , etc which they never want. I also shared that mobile number with other victims which helped them to get there refunds
Plus Post on timtara facebook wall many times daily , which I guess you must be already doing.

btw……..I have placed 3 orders with Timtara so far without any problems. But seeing the complaints now days , will avoid them for the future.

Seems Timtara has already abondoned there facebook wall. Full of complaints and no new posts by them since 6th Jan. so posting on facebook is no meaning. Just try to get there mobile numbers somehow from deal sites. All deal site people like mydala , koovs , dny will have it. Mydala will be best as they are still selling there deal.

Actually the way I see on facebook , there are 100’s of complaints and these people have abandoned there facebook page. I am still not in favour of banning the site from DD but this site should be avoided at any costs and a warning should be made against buying with them at front page.

guys do one think… add some high value product in your cart apply some code.. and after reaching payment page..cancel it… within a day their cc ppl will call you for the same… now u can talk to them abt your earlier problems….

In fact for the sites which are totally gone case , we should have warnings on the front page.
2 sites I can think of now are timtara and fashnvia ( must be more )

btw………..I never buy expensive items online. Just made my own policy to be safe

Keep on pushing them with phone calls , emails , posts on facebook. Not too sure

same method i try to order a 32" lcd,then cancel payment gateway,within 10 minutes i receive callback from imtiyaz,timtara(9560114499) i talk for pending of my previous order for dispatch or cancell it ,but they reply me for ship within 3 days but still shows “Awaiting Pickup” wait for receive & my 32" lcd order convert to “Test Order”
