Brand new product. But didn’t send any bill. Got it from paytm though.

@Dimepincher: Please add Neerav Store to the list of sellers. I’d recommend him as a good seller, I think you missed him while writing the latest list.
Also forgot to mention, I re-ordered the same 3L Tupperware storage Jars from the same seller (SVS Sales) which had arrived broken last time https://www.desidime.com/forums/dost-and-dimes/t..., and which I had returned. Same discount, so same price as before. Placed both orders separately this time, so that I wouldn’t have to return both units if the order had to be returned.
This time, they were dispatched in 6 days (I think 6-10 days is now the norm for Paytm). They arrived in a good state this time. I think he can be upgraded to good or mixed bag sellers (unless anyone else has faced problems with him), since a single breakage which is successfully refunded isn’t uncommon in online shopping.

Also, Lock & Lock could be upgraded, although someone somewhere on one thread was complaining about glass item breakage during shipping, but didn’t follow it up it here. By my history, that’s one bad order (successfully refunded), three good orders.

Would request everyone to post the name of the seller (as written in the tax invoice) next time onwards. These sellers might have different names in different marketplaces like Shopclues, HS18, Tradus etc. But their original company name will be the same in Tax Invoice.

I haven’t included 2-3 sellers who sold <100 bucks non-branded items.

Well in my case it was totally opposite. I ordered ultimate nutrition pro whey 2lb protein on 3rd October. Expected delivery date on order placing is 15th October. The order is in packed and awaiting dispatch status from October 8th. My 2599 rs is stuck with paytm now, he isn’t delivering or cancelling the order and paytm care is not cancelling the order no matter how many emails or calls I make. What can you say of the seller now? It’s been 14 days that my money is stuck with them!

It does imply the seller is very negligent and deserves to be on the bad sellers list. No one wants their money to be stuck for weeks for an order which will never be delivered!

What’s more worse is he relisted the item I bought with more price and more people will buy from him, will definitely be dealt the same way. It’s better to let the people know so they wouldn’t buy at the first place

Ordered a watch and they sent a watch that was most likely a display piece. The glass had scratches all over. Unprofessional seller and a cheat. It is because of sellers like this that online shopping on “marketplace” sites is risky and which I usually avoid. Paytm hasn’t responded to my request for return/refund.

I had purchased the sandals of woodland too from that seller. As you said I too thought that I received different pair of sandals, coz 1 looked different from other pair. So I raised the return procedure. Later I came to know that the strips of the sandals can be interchanged to get the different look and style. Now I’m cancelling the return order. Any suggestion from you would be great help.
