Guys ,please provide your health and food tips for slim/lean guys to gain muscle.
prefer to gain muscle only through natural ways and not via protein powders and didnt have option to go gym..
please help me with working tips..thanks
Bananas + milk with pushups + pull ups (if gym is not an option)
Edit 2 – Fitness freaks tell me you can actually adjust your hands to ensure the effect is different for every set.
Avoid junk – I know this is hard to digest, when everyone around a slim guy would keep on insisting k kuch kha mota ho, but junk makes you fat not fit. No muscle gain
PS – Not a fitness freak. Slim and no where close to fit. Funde pta hain but kabhi kuch kiya nahi. But I have seen this work.
