What is wrong with post graduate without experience ? if one has done Mtech/Mba/Msc after Bachelor degree then he can’t apply ?
why they hate postgraduates ?
The position that is being offered is not very lucrative to contain their hunger (Read attrition)

They want exoerience.One does not get job and might do post graduation.. They dont want such ppl.post graduates are not welcomed by may cmpy
