Amazon wont close your account without any proper investigation
Just mail them, they will provide complete details with proofs regarding why they closed your account

That’s not a problem. If you have ordered something to a friend or relative or got an order from an account which was banned you also would be banned automatically. If you have not then there might be some other reason? Got too many cashbacks? Sometimes these cash backs would have been reported as refunds and might have been audited wrongly. I guess there is a CIS mail or something which answers these escalation queries. Try to drop a mail and get that mail id.

talked to the customer care they said the account is not closed but is on hold.

Don’t worry bro just a precautionary step . There may be multiple reasons why accounts may be kept on hold .They have robust systems in place .Till then u enjoy the real fruit juice this summer and if u have extra stock send 1 to me .I’ll also need to chill in this hot season

I guessed it right bro, there is some other account of friends/relatives which has your details and they simply assume its yours. Just try to remember or check which one of it is correct. This closing of your account is due to some related account.

Having 2 accounts is never a problem as each member of the family can have an account and amazon approves it. But it is more about what you have done with these accounts? Too many number of real juice orders or use of gift card promotions? If its not abuse of T&Cs in these 2 accounts then surely there is some other related account which was closed.
