Need help to reach Yebhi senior management

Hi,
Yebhi has not refunded for my 4 orders for the last few months.
If you guys know any contact at senior level, please let me know.
The only option I have left now is to go and file a case in consumer court.

Yes usa11, that is the claim, yebhi sells factory seconds/surplus (very very old, some taken from dust bins, (seriosuly))/duplicates. Unfortunately, we are all falling for them for their discount coupons.

Looks like all these email ids are not in use now.
Manoj email id seems to be changed to manoj.yadav@yeb…om
And the rest do not exist, they might left yebhi.

I have reached escalations team many times, but my story is horrible, every time they ask for the AWB number and reason for returning the item. After a month or so I got two items back to me without any reason, I sent them back again. No refund yet.
For one order, they did not refund, unfortunately I did not keep the courier slip.
Another order, they generated GV, I asked for refund, they said they would do it, but not refunded.
Recently, I bought boys socks, they are two small for my son, I returned it but did not refund.
As I bought many things from them, and I know very well that they are going to send seconds and poor quality items, I always check the items, and if do not like them, I immediately staple them and keep aside for return. I may look for lower price definitely will not cheat, that is the reason I felt very bad with their behavior. And the only reason I kept buying from them was that they used to accept the returns and I was not really worried about their business models to sell seconds, and of course I had lot of coupons from their cricket world cup fever promotion.
Now I feel yebhi.com is rather dangerous to the Indian online retail business.
So many senior staff email id’s show that they are nothing but another bunch of idiots.

d mail id , [email protected] , i hve personally talk with this guy on call for my refund
i talked with him in english , he was so pooor at english that inbetween d conversation i hve to told him that u can speak in hindi ( bcoz he was so tense while speaking in english , it was looking like i m taking his exam & he don’t know anything )
& if so called senior guy r such u can imagine lower ppl !!!!!

actually they start stammering if you talk with them for 2 minutes even in HINGLISH !!
To inform you guys, I finally received my refund for my orders. I really have undergone lot of mental tension for the last couple of months the way they treated me. I felt so sorry for not able to establish a trust relationship with them even after placing over 500 orders spending Lakhs of money.
And I am sure they know that they re selling seconds and should accept returns when a customer sends back. I prepared everything to file a case in consumer court this Saturday or early next week.
I think an India will never be able to build a repeat customer base, every business is based on 1.2B individual customers. And this was the point I initially liked Yebhi. They were so good I thought Yebhi is the company that could change this country for consumer experience, but I am wrong.

Cmon, look at your tenses man…… are you sure you know enough English ?
I know that guy personally…..and trust me…his command over the language is a lot better than yours.

agree with u.. say anything to their customer support but no personal insults..
Another development:
I noticed that they have generated the GVs for more than what I had paid for the returned items; basically I returned partial orders, but they generated the GVs for the full orders; they have given me around 1K more than what I had paid them, of course they have also gave the promotion codes that I had used for these orders.
I mailed them yesterday about this mistake. They replied saying that this was intentional because of the refund issue that had and of course they feel that I am a valuable and consistent customer for them.

buddy , i hve no where mention that i m speaking good english…… but at d designation of his , ofcourse 1 expect from him to be good enough in speaking english rather than fumbling every now & then !!!!!!!

& let me tell 1 more disaster abt yebhi ,
i placed order on yebhi 1st with my SBI netbanking but transection got failed……. later on i placed same order with BOI netbanking…. i was repeatdly telling in many threads that since more than month i hven’t got my refund…. atlast the dumb yebhi refunded my money in BOI (where transection got successful !!!! ) , actually it should go to SBI ( where transection got failed !!!! ) means they did it manually then where is ccavenue ?
i asked manoj yadav , that actually money should go to account in failed transection , he replied me that we refund in any of 2 account & consider other as successful transection !!!!! lol , i hven’t seen such thing at any other website !!!!

there so called senior management is like Toilet paper.
There senior staff are bunch of idiots as well.
Yebhi is a SHIT site selling seconds garbage quality stuff.
Was not sure though they don’t refund in few months. My
refund with them took only 40 days
