Guys kindly help me to unblock my paytm account. Paytm says I’ve done some fraud activity. But when compelled them to give the reason.. they said a particular transaction in my wallet where I got money from a guy in exchange for mobikwik was illegal. Rs 1300 guess that guy did carding and sent me the paytm cash. Now they want his bank details which he won’t provide. Kindly help.

That is ridiculous. If they want his bank details let them run after him.
You tell them I can provide my bank details, and that he is just my facebook friend, borrowed little paytm cash in urgency. Stick to this point and keep sending mails. You will succeed because this ain’t Mobishit.

ive told them everything.. yes Bimal names guy from paytm. still they’re asking for his details. how on earth am i supposed to get his details.

as per the t&c they cant compell you to to give his detail.. ask them if u have found frayd activity then u can ask from him but i can provide only my details… keep sending mails nd ask them on fb that whats their problem… they cant do that…
I tried as you guys said. They’re adamant on getting the details to unblock my account. 😞
That’s the you should never exchange any wallet balance and buy recharge and movie tickets at cheap rates.
