Just ask them to consume your balance/transfer to bank and then grab their collar. Money should be your first priority.

@DealSeeker
Seems like the person you traded with tried to claim the money back from Paytm citing hacking or misuse of the account. This is just a possibility, I can’t be sure if that’s what really happened.Anyway, tweet to @Paytmcare: https://twitter.com/Pay...re
I have sent multiple tweets.
They stop replying me.

Even i told them to give my money back, they said “As we have already replied to you that this account is blocked because a fraud has been reported against this paytm account and it will not be unblocked.”

Don’t worry they will give your money to your bank account or credit card you often use to load cash
They can block account but can’t keep ur money

Then just ask them about which fraud they are talking about? You should be given a chance.

Hmm.. reading these threads make me cautious
Is it safe to transfer money regularly between paytm accounts?
I do it very frequently but never through same device…

Its safe until and unless one uses same device. These days they are very strict. So better be safe an transact wisely
One simple rule : Never ever login to multiple wallet accounts from same device

+1
Adding to that, one should now avoid using multiple a/s’s just for the sake of few bucks greed.
that’s fine until you can provide kyc documents when required
I use accounts of all my family members be it paytm / freecharge
Using five accounts on two different devices since 1 year till now no problem I think op has done something else

Ohh I see. Only my account is KYC verified. Will place request for KYC of my family members too!
But there is risk in FC if you use same DC/CC on other accounts.

you dont have to actually make all accounts kyc verified
If they suspect. you should be able to submit documents for those accounts
FC started tracking netbanking transactions too

If they do that, most of accounts of DD members will be banned

FC hasnt started account blocking yet, once they reach certain threshold in marketing/popularity they will start doing it
They did of one of my friend who used the same DC
Issue must be different
May be he tried to fail the recharge deliberately multiple times
