I got an email when the product was shipped and got a text message when it was out for delivery to the shipping address.

Ok. Thanks bro!! I mailed them to change the size of product selected. But got reply that order is already shipped. But I receive no email or message or any alert in my paytm account. I think they are lying. Seems product is yet to ship. So I asked.:cool:

I too got all my cash back for all products recieved, all products were genuine

1 Product was cancelled without citing any reason, and 1 product still in process for the last 13 days

Packing of all the products though were very bad, fortunately no damages

Bro, give them sometime. The mail states that the cash back will be given within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Just go to app and click cashback. You’ll get it.

Don’t panic, just go to app and check Invoice button, you can get shipping information. Using shipping details you can track the shipment.

Mine too showing like that in PayTM, but shipping details shows ‘out for delivery’
