bhai, i had cashback issues with them, and i had complained them (raised a ticket),
they replied the very next day…
and my issue was solved within the next day…

Been using it from a long time. Never had any problem and if encountered any, they were quick to resolve.
Only today was not able to add money and couldn’t use the 25 cashback offer. First time I was not able to add money.
I think everyone has issues with one or another site. You can’t blame one site.
I have seen negative reviews for paytm, mobikwik and other sites so it is just plane luck.
And fortunately and strangely, I have never had any issue with any e-wallet site. Still waiting for my refund from 3 days on Paytm. Hope to get it soon as the CC acknowledged about it.

If you transferred more amount to another mobikwik account, then the mobikwik system automatically lock your wallet amount, because to protect suspicious activity.
Sent a complaint to [email protected] to unlock and send a copy of your complaint to mobikwik facebook message. They will look it shortly and re-activate within 48 hrs.

Tried once but not worked for me…so happy with Paytm and Freecharge offers…..:-P
No doubt about it.
They block account without any explanation and when you complaint they give answers only they can understand.
I had 2 accounts and both blocked by them since then never cared to use them.
Once account is blocked they give you tickets which you can’t even track cos for that you need to login first.

rs 35 debited from account but not showing in my a/c. so i raised a ticket . they replied that its their fault due to connectivity failure. so money added to my a/c. but still not showing in my a/c. so raised another ticket .
Yesterday i have canceled two orders from snapdeal and canceled them. after two hours got refund for them. Booked BMS tickets for 349 and got 350 as refund. No issues for me. Try send them a message on their fb fan page they will respond in 10-12hrs
