Dumb Yebhi CC....Yebhi Sucks Sucks Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on yebhi and paid using debit card via AXIS payment gateway.Yebhi sent me the package via COD.
Courier guy asked me to pay money and i was really shocked to see the package clearly marked as “COD”.
I rejected to pay and i complained to yebhi.Here goes the dumb CCs(i called them 3 times)
1.He is speaking completely hindi and i asked him to speak in english as im not a native hindi speaker.Even after then,he is speaking half hindi and half english
2.He is not all understanding my problem.I have explained him from start to end like spoonfeeding.Even after then,the dumb fellow asked me “Do you want to change the payment mode now?”
God only knows who gave him that job.I wonder is there any option to change payment mode even after paying once?I hung up immediately
3.Even to this dumb fellow,i explained the problem several times and finally he put my call on hold 3 times and told me that he gave a complaint to concerned department.
Is it such a great problem that they even don’t understand of what the problem is???
P.S:They have shipped via bluedart COD,consignment number starting with 5XXXX…(those starting with 5 are COD orders) and 4 are prepaid orders.
Even i placed another order yesterday for which the consignment number starts with 5….I have tochase yebhi again an again.
Im joining usa11 bro…I will think twice before placing an order with them…

yaaaa yebhi’s cc is sooo pooor
i too facing prob. with yabhi
put order of slippers worth of 98rs. on 2th dec. , transection failed twice , but money deducted…..
till next 1 week they didn’t reply…..
after that they ask me for my bank transection copy , i gave them…. they ask for another 5 days to check d status !!!!!!! ( i don’t know , y they want 5 days for it !!!!!!!! )
complaining again & again they mailed me on 18th dec. that they hve initiated refund process & it will reflect in my bank after 7 – 10 days…..
today it’s 26th & i m still waiting for my refund
i want buy anything from them in future for sure !!!!!!!! & me too facing same problem as usabhai , daily 2 worst site sending me msg on my cell 1 yebhi & other deals & you
Yebhi CC is pretty crappy. I will share my own poor experience with Yebhi.
Ordered Adidas shoes in size 11, was delivered size 10. Return & refunds process begun, took its own sweet time(net 1 month).
Made the issue totally clear to CC that same mistake should not be repeated. They apologised & swore the thing would not be repeated.
Days later I fell into the trap of discounts & ordered another pair of Adidas in size 11, again the fools delivered size 10. How difficult is it to dispatch the right sizes! Returns-refunds process again started & another month down the drain.
Result, I was able to overcome the discounts bug this time & really don’t want to go through the same trouble, time & again.
Point to note, Yebhi made no efforts to compensate me for the time & energy lost:-{ . More importantly did nothing to reverse the loss of trust.

Yikes. Ordered couple of items yesterday. Paid through Axis bank gateway(debit card). One of them has been shipped via Blue dart. The tracking no. is 5xxxx!
Have mailed the CC regarding the same along with a link to this thread requesting them to cross check my shipment. Will update the thread once i get a response.
Update: Have got an complain no. (automated i guess) It says issue will be addressed to in 24hrs. Hope its resolved.

I dwelled deeper into the issue & came to know that its Yebhi’s own SHOE SIZING that’s the CULPRIT.
Ideally Indian sizes are same as UK but Yebhi has its own sizing standards. Now the size 11 which I ordered was UK11 & US 12, Indian that way should be 11 as well but on arrival I saw that the shoe & the box showed UK10 but Yebhi own stickers on both BOX & under/inside shoe showed 11.
Then checked Yebhi’s shoe sizing chart & the fault was identified. UK12 means Indian 11. How absurd! Someone tell them to correct the sizing chart. Im not going to take the pain of banging my head against their brick wall CC.

this is one of the worst part among others
all those stupid fools will says is that we can arrange a reverse pick up
recently they called my wife’s number and wanted a feedback that being such a regular
customer , why all of a sudden she stopped buying with yebhi since last few months. She
just passed the phone to me and my one line reply was yebhi is a kabaddi and we are not
interested in junk.
Yebhi sucks big time and a dead site for me.

I have DND activated on all my numbers still these idiots yebhi send us messages from some foreign number, such a a*s they are.
Coming to customer service, let me not hesitate to say yebhi top management is no better, I feel staff in down verticals have been trained by them so to mislead customers and when customer loose patience they even behave unethically like goons.

same here…. i hve registered with DND , but still both yebhi & deals&you manage to msg me from some no. starting from + 44 & every morning makes me irritate
& abt their cc ,
i m still waiting for my refund since 2nd dec. , i must tell that even indiatimes is better than this in refund , well done yebhi , u r progressing very well ( downwords )

I literally had to go all out attack on phone , emails and there facebook wall and
bombard them heavily . Than only these idiots have spared me.
Same problem for me too….Yebhi and DnY sending sms to my mobile daily.
I can’t block their numbers because they are sending from different numbers daily….Today its +44667981896

YUP! I can understand what you must be feeling right now but you will have to blast them off really well to set things the right way, coolboy.
Yup! like you said their CC executives also can’t make up for one proper sentence in English as well. What we get for them employing cheap labour.
But one thing about yebhi is that they have employees working for them in shifts. I remember once I had posted a complaint on their facebook at around 2:00 AM and I left off to sleep. I get a call 15 minutes later and I told him all, in English and then again in Hindi. Funny CC experience huh! I know.
