I placed an order on yebhi and paid using debit card via AXIS payment gateway.Yebhi sent me the package via COD.
Courier guy asked me to pay money and i was really shocked to see the package clearly marked as “COD”.
I rejected to pay and i complained to yebhi.Here goes the dumb CCs(i called them 3 times)
1.He is speaking completely hindi and i asked him to speak in english as im not a native hindi speaker.Even after then,he is speaking half hindi and half english
2.He is not all understanding my problem.I have explained him from start to end like spoonfeeding.Even after then,the dumb fellow asked me “Do you want to change the payment mode now?”
God only knows who gave him that job.I wonder is there any option to change payment mode even after paying once?I hung up immediately
3.Even to this dumb fellow,i explained the problem several times and finally he put my call on hold 3 times and told me that he gave a complaint to concerned department.
Is it such a great problem that they even don’t understand of what the problem is???
P.S:They have shipped via bluedart COD,consignment number starting with 5XXXX…(those starting with 5 are COD orders) and 4 are prepaid orders.
Even i placed another order yesterday for which the consignment number starts with 5….I have tochase yebhi again an again.
Im joining usa11 bro…I will think twice before placing an order with them…
