I had placed an order for Pigeon Air Fryer on Nov 4th, 2015 since it had a good price. I got 2 SMS mentioning my order number. No email. Then I waited, waited, waited and waited and finally called them on Nov 18th and talked with Abhishek and he informed that I will be receiving the item next day by BlueDart. I told him if I did not receive it I will cancel the order and dispute the charge with my credit card company.
On Nov 19th I called the customer service again and was informed that the order was cancelled since there was no stock. The day I was supposed to receive the item and suddenly the item went out of stock. Pure lie. I asked that person if I can talk to his Supervisor and he put me on hold and then later came back and said that the Supervisor is busy on another call and asked me to call them again so that I can try to talk to Supervisor. Wonderful Customer Service.
Please do not buy from this site. I made the mistake since I saw TV advertisement and thought they are good. Let my mistake be a lesson for others.
I did read in other forums that some of them received the items, lucky people. Please don’t try your luck on this, this is not worth the hassle.
