Dear all this company crazeal is fraud, because I order a product no.00100400CL9 which is a neckls, I saw on web side was good but when I received product than quality was very bad and and the deffict in product like 1 stone was missing and they are where careless regurding packing product no ant sefty for damage product, and when you call them no proper response by them
