on 13th Oct'15, While I was browsing for a Power Bank on Amazon, a message flashed that there was a lightening sale on the product, offering extra 22% discount for next 15 minutes. I immediately ordered the product and paid online through credit card. The order was accepted, and dispatched from Delhi to Mumbai in next 2 days. I have had a very bad experience with shopping with Amazon. Lot of terms and conditions which are not so highlighted and are used later on to their advantage. Even when a product is a misfit they refuse to return. After chasers to customer support who is very unhelpful you get nothing. Even you try and add negative feedback on their website they decline it. That is why so many bad products are still being bought by users and Amazon still shows good reviews. i have bought several products from this retailers from toys to apparels to electronics to soaps to almost everything. All the shopping experiences were good. I can bet that you will get your product within 3 days of placing it. Also i think amazon is the only retailer which will even deliver on sundays. Such customer centric they are! view more

Amazon's delivery system is 3rd class. delivery person enters fake reasons not to deliver the product. they are such a shameless that when i myself call them time to time they says your no was out of reach. I m from faridabad and i face the same problem all the time. view more
