<p>Dear all I just wanted to share my recent experience with Flipkart. I recently purchased a split AC from Flipkart which they delivered on 7th April and assured me that within 24 hours my AC will be installed against which they are charging me 1900 rupees. But till today (10th of April) I didn't received any call from them neither they are allowing me to install it via third party by giving an excuse that my warranty will be voided if I do that. Ridiculous customer service they provide. They will hang up the call after 40 mins of hold time on sit in mute than hang up on customer's face. They will block your account for returning the garbage they send to you for the hard earned money you pay. There is no such policies mentioned on website that if you return items they will block account. You buy some expensive items and then will start doing this. Very disappointed with Flipkart's service. I ordered one home theatre which is of very poor quality but I can not return it, they are providing only replacement of the same product the sound of which just sucks. I want to order another product of the same brand at a higher price but I can't because of the stupid return policy of the seller & Flipkart. I had ordered a “FLIPKART PERFECT HOMES SOLID WOOD 4 SEATER DINING SET” on 28th Sept 2021 costed and billed at 16,099 it was specified that the PRODUCT will be delivered on 17th Oct 2021. Beware of Flipkart purchase , your product will not be delivered. There is no accountability from the company for the mess they create & even for refund you will end up begging the company. I placed order for a mattress via Flipkart on oct 3, paid money upfront & expected the delivery to happen in 1 week( by Oct 9) as per the timelines shared by flipkart.
