The main reason we shop on Flipkart (or Amazon, etc) is so that, if there's a problem, we have an unbiased party that can mediate. After all, most sellers do have their own websites. Horrible experience shopping with Flipkart. I ordered an iphone SE 3 days ago which was supposed to be delivered on 19th June 2020. In the morning I received the text from it's logistic partner that product delivery has been delayed.
