Just love shopping for frames on lenskart… their products are awesome, service is very quick and their offers are great, esp the first frame free offer. Now they even let you order up to 5 frames for trial at home, absolutely free. After the initial hype of eye check-up, home trial and all that the quality of the product delivered was of very very inferior quality. I had ordered Vincent Chase T2414 with Kodak progressive lens (order#1201868526 ) which I received on Dec 3rd week. i ordered a frame on 21 sept 2014/ after 10 days the delivery person called me n told me to come where he was and that place was v far from the address what i gave. the person left coz he didnt want to come to me and he gave me 5 mins time and he left. i paid in advance and in their website its showing as delivered. this was the worst online shopping experience ever. customer care was also not supportive at all. i will never recommend anybody to these cheaters. v v bad customer service. the... view more

First the good stuff: Personally, I've only bought branded stuff from Lenskart (with one miserable exception). They provide rock bottom prices on contact lenses and branded frames. The disposable contact lens stock I've bought (8 purchases over 2-3 years till now) has always been fresh, never received one anywhere near the expiry date. This is a very very major violation of the law done by lenskart.com wherein the personal data of all its customers is compromised including account details and all other details of personal and financial nature. Lenskart, Order #1201064196 I received an SMS yesterday(6th Feb 2013) that my lens would be delivered today by Pankaj Chauhan) phone no 8527284621. I called up several times on this no yesterday and this guy did not pick up. Finally he picked up at 6pm and told me that he would not be able to deliver the lens as "His boss allocated him some other work" This is utterly non professional ethic. I have ordered twice from Lenskart.com. Both the times I had need to buy sunglasses (they keep getting forgotten somewhere)...Both times they came up with an offer in the nick of time just before I was going to visit the "fashion street" of the city to buy cheap sunglasses. The best thing about them is that we can buy the same cheap fashion street sunglasses online and very expensive ones also... This time I bought the "Vincent Chase" sunglasses... I ordered a Feelgood Frame from Lenskart.com, unfortunately it didn’t fit me although i had already checked the size using the photo feature on their website. When I called up lenskart customer service, they helped me with the return and sent another frame which I liked. I’m very happy with the customer service which I received.
