Please donot order any product from shopclues.
They are cheating us and selling duplicate product.

I have ordered Rs-499 Dell backpack, but the product i receive is a duplicate bag.
Bag was very badly damage inside. I cont used that bag just west my money.
I saw small-small shop are selling same type of bag for Rs-200 – Rs-250.

Never order any product from shopclues. They are selling duplicate product and making us fool.

hello… i have purchased a nokia wh-701 handsfree which are according to them are original.. when i got the product none of its controller like volume +/-, play/pause, call pick up/drop.. none of them are working… i have make a complain at their customer desk and waiting for their response.. but from this i learn not to trust such website..

ShopClues is a company whose seems to be cheating everyone, right from vendors to their internal teams to of course clients. We have also not been paid for doing their work. How can you expect that it will deliver good products!!!

They are bunch of cheaters.. Dont trust them at all…

I had ordered a padmini juicer mixer grinder for RS.1359 which was cheapest at the time of purchase.they usually ships their all order thru DTDC courier in my locality.but there is some problem with DTDC in my town.So after ordering i called him to ship my order thru first flight couriers & they obeyed.They shipped my order within 2 days via first flight & it get delievered at my door step within 5 days.The product was also in good condition & was packed with care.So in short their shipping,packaging,customer are too good.I am fully satisfied with them.

Shopclues list prices and selling prices are most of the times, FAKE.

Example:
Original Price of Nokia 101 is 1482/- (on nokia india own website).

But they listed this at 2000 and selling price of 1575! >?? Pathetic.

Beware, be cautious before purchasing from this site.

I ordered for Puma Volt Shoes-MRP-2999 on 28.10.12,Order No.-1774399.They shipped the product on 7.11.12 after 10 days of placing the order.
When I received the shipment on 8.11.12,I was shocked to find that the parcel contains a completely different and lower priced product.I received Puma Aquil II shoes-MRP-1999.

Then I tried to contact their helpline-0124-4414888,despite several attempts I could not reach the customer care.Therefore i emailed support@shopclu…om with the details of their wrongdoing along with pictures of the ordered shoes and the delivered shoes on 8.11.12.

Even after 4 days of writing to them I didn’t get any reply to my mail.

Have anybody else has gone through similar incidents?

I ordered charger for my Blackberry mobile via order no. 1410426. I received the product within promised time. But to my surprise it was a fake product which was being sold as an OEM product. It even stopped functioning after few days. On writing to Shopclues, I received a mail from them saying they will revert within 2 days but there is no reply from them even after reminders. My humble suggestion to all of you is to stay away from this website they are selling all fake products in the name of discount deals. Its better to spend some more amount and buy genuine products from likes of Flipkart, Infibeam..
If you still want cheap products, buy from footpaths as they also offer similar products and warranty as Shopclues and you get instant delivery….

They give good deals under jaw dropping deals. However while delivery in Delhi NCR is fast it is quite bad in other places.

I have purchased lots of item from shopclue and never had a single issue.

Great site with many and value to money offers.

there is a community in facebook called “shopclues complaints”.

pls post your order id there. lets hope shopclues notices and gives reliable solution to our issues reg the order.

since concerns posted in their fan page is being deleted with standard reply like “it is being looked upon”

my refund for a non accepted and returned courier is stuck with them for a very long time!

I’m very disappointed from the services which I have received from shopclues so far. I had ordered a silicon back case cover for samsung galaxy s2 i9100 worth rs 199 on 18th sep 2012, order ID – 1585542. When, I received the shipment it a wrong product ie. The cover is for samsung ys5360.

I also had ordered a amzer anti-glare screen protector with cleaning cloth for samsung galaxy s II gt-i9100 worth rs 144 on 18th sep 2012, order ID – 1585574. When, I tried to install it on my mobile, it didn’t stick on the mobile screen at all as there was no glue inside.It already contains bubbles inside,it seems shopclues has sold me a defective/Fake product.

I have sent mails regarding the wrong & defective products that I have received on support@shopclu…om. Five days have been passed but I have not received any reply from them not even an acknowledgment. I even tried to call the customer care on (0124) 441 4888, (0265) 339 0148 but all in vain….nobody answers the calls.

I feel cheated and I think it was a big mistake of mine that on recommendation of my colleague I went ahead and tried shopping from shopclues. Earlier, I have purchased from ebay, flipkart but I have never come across any such blunder from them.

Please look into the matter and help me in getting my hard earned money back.

I have ordered two pen drives of 32 Gb . Seller sent one 32 and one 16gb. raised complaint to shopclues and got promised that it will get resolved in 24-48 hours. after 15 days its pending. No one available on customer care phone and chat also…….shop clues is good until you stuck with them.

Please dont buy anything from shopclues, they deliver products very slowly and damaged products.

I purchased 2 products which they delivered after 15 days and that too defective products. I placed for return request which is still pending since 40 days.

How can we trust this guy?

I bought a presenter and was sent the wrong product. customer support is difficult to connect, chat is a joke with the person on the other end repeatedly asking us to let them know the problem without reading the message sent, emails are hardly ever replied. My product was supplied by channel infomatic and it seems these chaps are not replying to shopclues mails!! so much for their products and assurance. Now I am stuck with a product I did not order, and cannot buy the one I want since my money is stuck with them . Need to be careful of shopclues, they put lots of offers but what reaches you depends on your luck only. better to stick to standard ones like flipkart etc who are more resonsible.

Selling 100% fake and pathetic quality products in name of Jaw Dropping or One day deal etc. Fake umbrella, fake socks, fake deos. CC number always unreachable…And Super-arrogant replies on FB page…They SUCK

I would recommend ShopClues for low pricing and quick delivery.

It is a good website, If the offer is good. Packaging is very good. . I ordered many things from shopclues and all are 100% original. And their delivery is also very good.. I had very good experience with this website….

While I was going through the posts on DD, I came across this anti-ShopClues one. Well! I have a different opinion for ShopClues services. I just love this site – as it is always up with good deals like 48 Hours Sale, Jaw Dropping Deals, etc. Best till now was Adidas deo for 18 bucks, though site was a slow, but I managed to get one and received it today – It’s amazing! Sandisk pendrive sale was another crazy one, I couldn’t believe myself, I bought an 8GB pendrive at just Rs. 226 and almost all of my friends bought it (Good, now I don’t have to share my pendrive). I had purchased from various other online shopping sites but I am impressed only with two sites in terms of packaging – one is Urban Touch and second is ShopClues. These people pack it so well that chances of breakage almost reduced to zero. Few Titsy bitsy purchases include a fridge magnet and a coffee mug, very unique and very pleasing – I’ll give the credit to the seller Happily Unmarried. Ohh! How can I forget the gift for my dad through their sale – Reebok sunglasses at just Rs. 195 – it is amazing! My dad just loved their packing and Fast Delivery. This is a frank suggestion to all my DD pals – YOU CAN ALWAYS TRUST SHOPCLUES . Last but not the least lemme share my Valentine’s experience with them. I had ordered a bouquet of roses which got delivered on same day by evening but they made my day by sending an apology gift with it. As a true Dimer I will always recommend you this site for having a wonderful online shopping experience.

I purchased a nokia charger from there website , @79Rs , i think if they can provide belkin surge protector @199 , then it’s possible for them to provide a Nokia charger at that Price… but before ordering , i asked there customer support via chat and via email , if it is original or OEM or what? and if we get original packing or not ? and what’s the warranty on it….

there cc replied that this is 100% genuine charger with original packaging and warranty is same as that manufacturer provide ,

i ordered the Product ,they later remove “brand:nokia” from it’s features and edited it’s price, got delivered in 6 days. but it was a chinese charger loosely packed in air bubble sheet, when i put in it wall socket , it’s not even working…. called them on phone [it’s engaged], on chat & email – no reply ,

the matter is not of 79 Rs … it’s of fooling People

I have made 3 purchases. For the first purchase i have to call a lot of calls to both courier dept and customer dept and finally i got the product. Then next 2 purchases were send to me through the same courier company, and they send it back to origin because of non serviceable area.Now they are saying they dont know where the product is.

WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES.NEVER GOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT@SHOPCLUES.CO…EY NEVER TOOK MY PHONE CALL.ONLY THING IS LIVE CHAT. THEY WILL KEEP ON SAYING THEY WILL SHIP IT.

GUYS NEVER BUY FROM SHOPCLUES.WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
