    I bought _+*sandles*+_ and wallet from shopclause and both the item are defective . and they are cheated me. in sandles the finishing is not proper. Their concern team is very over gentlement . They are not seeing anything and they are not accepting return request. never ever buy anything from shopclause . also they are very very very slow delivery service tortoise is faster then shopclause delivery. they saw order is dispetched from delhi after four day it received to me means order comes i... view more

    I ordered a shoe in a combo with sunglasses.. their was some discount on the combo.. Now after placing the order , i messaged them at least 11 times and even called them for a change in the shoe size but did not get any response.. Now the funniest part is that they have not even delivered this product to me and have sent a message and mail saying that its delivered..     I am one of the sufferer after placing order in ShopClue. My order id is: 40528209. I am giving my order number just to confirm I am a genuine customer and this is not a fake review. I saw all low rating reviews from different customer and thought may be those are the only cases. But I realize I also became a stupid and food even after reading the low rating reviews and still buying product from ShopClue.     ShopClues only care about defective or damaged product. No Quality concern will entertain by them. They are not at all interested in Product quality not even when new product posting on site by any merchant and while shipping the product(However customer can see a breadcrumb progress bar for quality check in shipping details) and not even when customer is complaining about product quality. Customer should supposed to send return request only with Damaged or Defective tag. No quality tag cons... view more

    I am one of the very regular online-shopers not only in Shopclues.com but in many other sites. But Shopclues is the worst online shopping site I have ever came across. I would not rate it even for 1 star. I wish there is option which I can rate as "Starless". Disgusting experience I had. My order no 38422725 was for BJ Hot Racer Car worth 8600 including delivery charge. But I received a wrong order and that too a damaged one.     This is my request to everyone for not buying ANYTHING from shopclues. This is the worst stop for online shopping as I have ordered 35 products at 1 time and my experience was : 1. Product quality was very very low and does not value for money for the product. 2. Customer care representatives were very unprofessional. 3.     I have my Order No 29889589 placed on 14/12/2014, a pair of Nike AirMax Size 10 Shoes and received the product on 17/12/14. After checking the size I figured out Size 11 would be comfortable for me. I requested for exchange of Size or refund on 18/12/14. They replied to me stating exchange of size or refund is not possible as they have sent me the product as per my order.     I have ordered a Samsung table order number 32218505 on 4th Jan 2015 and asked to deliver it to Navsari Gujrat to my in-laws address. after two days I received shipping confirmation and tracking number . when I was trying to track my shipment it was showing as delivered in west Bengal on 30th Dec.     I buyed NEXUS 5, Product was faulty. I applied for replacement. Since a week i didn't receive any feedback Every time we need take follow up. Customer care service is also worst. Most cheating online shopping site. Never buy anything from this site.Be aware. view more
