I had a good experience during my recent purchase at tradus.com. One should be choosy about sellers based on feedback. Cheapest seller might not give you good experience

I was just saved from all the hassles after reading all the reviews posted here. Luckily I also got hold of a Tradus vendor’s phone number and address and when I asked them about the features of the product (samsung Galaxy S2) I was a bit surprised to know that they just provide dealer Warranty on Mobile phones and not manufacturers warranty.

Which means that if my mobile phone was required to be serviced, i would need to take it to the dealer as the Samsung authorised service centres would not honour the warranty provided to me along with my phone.

guys…agree wth the majority…purchased one printed kurti from them, delivered product was different in color and in very cheap finishing. After that. I tried a lot to contact customer service but nobody picks up, sent several mails to them…till date no response has come for Return Request…

Don’t purchase fro Tradus, Its a fraud…Cheat E-commerce company…

its a bull sht site. customer support is worst. never use this site for any shopping. they display same thing you get but without dimension and when you get the real product it is too small.

Had ordered a latte mixer from them. Product delivered was defective. Wrote a mail to them about same. Reply came after 10 days asking me to get in touch with seller. Seller has not yet responded. I am expected to go to the authorised repair centre to get this fixed. For a product worth 200 I burn much more in fuel if I do this.
Also they issued 100 off coupons which I used to order a product successfully. Next day order was cancelled with no reason but coupon was not refunded. When I wrote to them was informed that it was a non refundable coupon. Order was cancelled by them so coupon should be refunded as well.

Very bad experience. I have ordered a Reebok deo from Tradus. They deliver me the deo which is two years old and that will expire in 15 days. Please don’t buy any product from this site.

TRADUS.COM is TRAPPING / CHEATING / LURING customers with FALSE commitments, and later going back on their word. Like :-
1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – They make you cry after you pay them.
2. 15 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy – Make you Pull your Hair by asking to read the fine print, which if you really read before – you will never place an order.
3. PURPOSELY WILL NOT ANSWER the Helpline Tel.no. for 5 minutes (it is mentioned on the website that minimum wait period is 5 minutes) – will make you pay call charges AS WELL AS TRY UR PATIENCE by MAKING YOU WAIT for FULL FIVE minutes.
4. TOO MANY TERMS & CONDITIONS which will make you go mad if you read it after ordering & paying them. Legally Untenable T&C.

Recently I ordered one Worlds Smallest Camera -from them with the impression that Tradus will abide by their TALL CLAIM of 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & 15 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy, after receiving the product found it to be VERY UNSTABLE & UNRELIABLE.
Do NOT Reply to complaint or PRODUCT RETURN emails.
BEWARE of TRADUS.COM it is worse than buying from flea market.

I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab from Tradus on 1-Aug-12 (Order # 4112057). On the third day they called me up and told Silver is Out of Stock and if I agree they will send White on the same day.

I agreed and I was surprised to see that they did not ship the item till 8-Aug.

On 9-Aug, they informed me that the item has been shipped through first flight (Consignment # D48694036) and provided me the details.

As I was not able to track the item on First Flight website, I raised a complaint with Tradus and after 48 hours they called me and informed that the item has not been send.

The customer care executive informed me that the item will be dispatched the next day and I will be updated. I have not received any update from them after that.

Whenever I send them a mail they keep informing me that I will receive the item in 3-5 days. Then I asked to refund Rs. 17,300/- which I had paid and they stop responding.

Guys, what is happening I have paid Rs. 17,300/- and I have not received the item and they are not responding to my refund request.

Never Purchase from Tradus..

I have decided to move to consumer court on this and as a first step filed a complaint through akosha.com

Tradus team.. Keep counting.. I`ll make you respond..

3 bad experiences and Tradus’ poor customer service made me to write it here:

1. Order ID : 2450399
I had purchased a Player and when found it defective called CS and they asked me to ship to vendor at my own cost. they were not ready to refund the shipping charges.

When most of the consumer sites have the reverse pick up option I was surprised that Tradus did not have it!!!

2. Order ID : 2652323
I had ordered a capri after seeing a deal posted here on DD.

They cancelled my order after almost 3 weeks!!!

3. Order ID : 3143650
I ordered Wildcraft fleece gloves and received a defective product again. Stitches had come out and it looked like cheap imitation of the original product.

I doubt that there is any kind of quality check done. I sent an email for replacement and told them I will not spend any penny on shipping charges this time. So they were ready to pay the charges in terms of gift vouchers up to Rs. 150/-

As we all know that there is Rs. 150/- off coupon available for purchases on clothes, accessories and kitchen items (DD coupons), I felt it was not justified to get the shipping charges in the form of a gc!!!

I ordered quick charger with AA size battery for Rs.1050 but they sent me normal 12hr charger. i mailed them prob. and they called me and said to return the item next day, and it will take 7days to dispatch new item. I did , and now in status its showing: “seller received” in red font. And its been 10days still showing same message. I mailed them so many times regarding new product, and they are not replying on FB, mail, twitter etc.

Worst customer care!! Before this i ordered cheap things like glass, pen drive, earphone, tshirt. All were OK. But now i’m never going to buy costly items from tradus. they are neither replacing the item nor returning my money. I’ve lost Rs.1050

I dont know what to do now. If anybody can hep me to get my money, plzzz PM me.

I will never ever suggest any one to buy any thing at all from Tradus.

If you are lucky and product if fine than it will be only your luck. In case of any Issue Tradus will be nightmare horrible experience, they will frustrate you like any thing & you will end up losing your money.

Hi, this is Prateek Sahoo from Manipal,Karnataka ! i had ordered a Dell XCD 35 phone from tradus.in ! I received the phone from Bluedart today at 1:15 pm….After payment i opened the box there itself(at bluedart centre) i saw that the phone box was not sealed and there was no battery in the box….after contacting customer care, i was asked to send snapshots of Invoice ! so here they are ,i want this matter resolved today itself….or i am registering a case of fraud and theft against tradus,ibibo group and govind electronics(vendor)at Udupi Police Station…and since my father is a lawyer ill have no problem in opening a case in a court of law

I had ordered a fast track bag and the availablity was showing as available when i purchased the product. and today they sent me mail saying the order is cancelled.

First time shopped on tradus.. and the experience is really bad.

I failed to understand , if they do not have the product why do they take orders?
