Kindly do not speak without proper insights. They show rewards to buy Noise x5 earpods for 600000 coins and can’t show BookMyShow voucher of 100000 coins.
How does it matter if you have less coins. People will try to pay their bills (which fulfills the purpose of cred) through cred to buy vouchers.
Moreover failed transactions amount are not getting credited to the bank nor to the credit card.. check guys ICICI and cred are worst combination in this case I would say 
Contact cred chat support and add ur bank account details to get immediate refund with in 3 hours for the failed transactions
