Important Terms & Conditions
1. Maximum reward points earned per statement cycle under this program as below:
HDFC Bank Diners Rewardz Card – 2000 pointsHDFC Bank Diners Premium Card – 5,000 pointsHDFC Bank Diners Black Card – 25,000 points 2. Redbus offer is applicable only on bookings made through Redbus app.
3. Only direct payments made using HDFC Bank Diners Club retail cards will be eligible. Any wallet payments will not be eligible even if wallet is refilled through HDFC Bank Diners Club Credit Card.
4. Incremental Reward Points will be posted in the next statement from the statement cycle of transaction, except for Lifestyle , SmartBuy which will be posted within 90 days of the transaction month.
5. SmartBuy Offer is applicable only for Flight and Hotel Bookings. Also customer has to continue as a guest to avail the offer.

Seems that points for Lifestyle and Smartbuy will also now be given in the next month instead of 90 days. Pending rewards will still hit after 90 days.
The TnC have changed since I saw them an hour or so ago.
This line is still there: Incremental reward points for Lifestyle transactions from 1st May to 31st July 2017 will be posted within 90 days from statement cycle.
This line has been truncated: Under this offer, 10X Rewards points will be posted only on eligible retail transactions on Amazon, BigBasket, Uber, BookMyShow, Swiggy, Redbus, Luxehues on both website and mobile app spends. It had another line after this for Lifestyle offer being applicable only for retail spends, not on website spends. So Lifestyle seems to be gone and the graphic is not updated.
Smartbuy is applicable till 31/8 as per general HDFC offer.
Let us wait for the page to stabilise. Each time they take 2-3 days to completely update.
I am happy as long as Amazon and Bigbasket are there. Uber and BMS are mildly useful. No Swiggy in my area, haven’t gotten on a bus for a decade at least.

I have been a credit card user for at least 17 years. We used to live earlier and will continue to live, card ho ya na ho.
Not that I did not order like crazy from BB and AMZ yesterday and on 31st March 2017 as well and will do again on 31st October.
from 15th August. It has been mentioned on DD in the past.

Unable to generate voucher now.. tried in chrome, mozilla, IE11 too ! 
If I have generated a voucher for my points, the value of the voucher is will not go down.. Right?

Though got the SMS around 1 month back and do not have any point to redeem now still feels it is unethical on part of HDFC bank to devalue reward point structure already earned. They should have put system in place to devalue reward point only earned after their declared date 
Generated voucher today and utilized completely. Issues there, but portal working. Just needs some patience.

Used partially in morning..Site was behaving slow and erratic even then..with Airtel postpaid recharges having failed twice…while prepaid recharges and dth tata sky had higher success rate!! 
5 mins back did successfully airtel postpaid recharge finally for 4k… had to press refresh page many times and at many places (E.g. DateOfBirth calendar was not coming many times..?).. but finally its done 
..and reflected in airtel myaccount entry!! Btw, internet 5mbps bhi aaj kucch to kaam aa hi gaya lagta hai varna sirfd youtube mein hi jaa raha tha…:)
Let me do 1 more for mom dad…unko bhi lagega aaj beta free mein recharge kyon kar raha hai wo bhi itna saara…

You can use anytime from now..but from today.. you can only use on flights and hotels, but today you can use for recharges also !

The points accumulated as per old TnC must have a old valuation. Only new accumulated points can be devalued. Is there any clarity on this. HDFC did not inform customers even. How they can do that??
