COD option is not operational. I mailed Amazon but they said certain pin codes not available for pin codes but on my pin code cod orders do get delivered.

Dilivery man loaded 2 rupess in my amazon pay i didn’t asked him to do it but he did it without my knowledge so i want to know am i eligible to 20% cashback on cod order.

So I placed an order for Rs. 1200 for COD. I have deliveryman 2000 to load in APay. He loaded amount and after deducting order amount, remaining 800 was credited to APay. Now question is I am suppose get cashback of 20% on Rs. 800 or 20% of 2000?
Apparently Amazon has just credited Rs. 160 i.e. 20% of Rs. 800 to my account.

Normally all my cloudtail orders are shipped by Amazon Transportation service, but my lone cod order has been shipped by bluedart, so no cash load for now.

TnC says per customer during the offer period. Nowwhere its written that customer who availed it previously are not eligible in this offer period.
