Offer Terms and Conditions

What is the offer?

 Under the Offer the eligible YES BANK Credit Card members can earn an Amazon Voucher worth upto Rs.1,000 on their retail transactions done during the campaign period.

 As part of the Offer, the Credit Cardmembers have been assigned 2 separate spends
amount and count of transactions. On meeting the assigned spends amount and count of
transaction on their Credit Card, the Cardmembers can earn an Amazon Voucher worth
upto INR 1,000 as per the below structure:

Offer Benefit Spends Amount and Transaction Count

Offer 1 Rs 1000 Amazon Voucher

Spend minimum of Rs 25,000 and do minimum 6 transactions

Offer 2 Rs 500 Amazon Voucher

Spend minimum of Rs 15,000 and do minimum 4 transactions

 If the Cardmembers achieve spends amount and count of transaction as per Offer 1
during the specified Period, they will earn an Amazon Voucher worth Rs 1,000

 If the Cardmembers achieve spends amount and count of transaction as per Offer 2
during the specified Period, they will earn an Amazon Voucher worth Rs 500

 Cardmember can be eligible for either Offer 1 or Offer 2. Under no circumstance, the
Cardmember shall be eligible for both the offer

 To qualify for above Amazon Voucher, card member should achieve both spends amount and count of transactions

 The Offer is valid from 1st July 2018 to 31st July 2018 (Both days included)
Who is eligible for the offer?

 Offer is applicable for select YES BANK Credit Card members only and shall be valid onlyduring the Offer Period

 YES BANK reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a Cardmember under the Offer during the Offer period

 Transaction done by Add on Card members will also be considered while determining the eligible card members

How and when will the Voucher be provided?

 The Amazon e-Voucher shall be sent to to the eligible YES BANK Credit Cardmembers’
registered email address and mobile number by 31st August, 2018
Generic Terms and Conditions

 For the purpose of eligibility calculation, spends/transactions will be calculated net of any disputed transaction, sales reversals or credits on the Credit Card during the offer period.

 Void Transactions shall not be considered as a valid transaction for the purpose of the Offer calculation

 If a Cardmember ceases to be a Cardmember, at any time during the Offer Period, the Offer shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardmember

 YES BANK shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the
Cardmember/s under the Offer

 YES BANK reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or
Cardmember from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for
the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card

 No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall in no event constitute a claim against YES BANK

 The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the
participation by the Cardmember/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary
basis

 All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals ofMumbai
