Fire TV March 2019 Offer Terms & Conditions
This limited term promotional offer, namely Fire TV March 2019 offer (“Offer”), is provided and is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) in respect of the purchase of Amazon Fire TV Sticks (“Devices”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Device as well as the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in . To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
This Offer will commence from March 8th 2019 and end on March 20th, 2019 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon at its sole discretion and without any prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Offer, a customer who is an Amazon Prime member will be eligible to purchase the Device on Amazon.in during the Offer Period for a special price of INR 3199 for the Fire TV Stick and INR 4799 for the Fire TV Stick 4K.
A customer, who is not an Amazon Prime member at the time of purchase of the Device during the Offer Period, will have an option to purchase or subscribe to the annual plan of Amazon Prime membership and avail the above benefit of purchasing one of the two Devices at the above-mentioned special prices. In this case, the said customer will need to purchase or subscribe to the annual plan on the same day as the purchase of either of the two Devices.
If a non-Amazon Prime customer, purchases or subscribes to Amazon Prime membership during the Offer Period on the same day as purchasing either of the two Devices, to avail this Offer, such customer will be eligible to receive a cashback of an amount of INR 499 in respect of the amount paid for the Amazon Prime membership (“Cashback”).
The Cashback under this Offer will be provided in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, which is redeemable into the Amazon Pay balance, associated with the Amazon.in account of the said customer. The use and redemption of Gift Card and the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The Amazon Prime membership is governed by the applicable terms and conditions, and such terms and conditions will prevail over these Offer Terms in case of a conflict and will apply to the use of the Prime membership.
If Device(s) purchased to avail this Offer is returned by the customer, or the order for the purchase of the Device(s) is cancelled by the customer, seller or Amazon, for any reason whatsoever, the customer will be entitled to receive only the amount of the special price mentioned above and not the regular price of the Device(s), provided the amount has been received by Amazon from the customer.
The amount of cashback (if applicable) will be provided to the customer within 10 days from end of the Offer Period.
Under no circumstance can any of the benefits under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu thereof.
By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use of the Device.
Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all or any of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
If a customer violates any of these Offer Terms, the participation of such customer will be deemed withdrawn, with immediate effect.
Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer.
The customer availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.

Any customer is not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
