Instead of revealing as flash sale they should have give offer by saying first recharge of this month. Atleast confusion/loss has been reduced a lot.

useless sale as only for selected accounts who haven’t yet recharged in October.
Actually this is not a sale, it is a regular offer one gets for the first recharge of the month(although the amount is small).
Also when the offer is for selected persons than its definitely not a sale.
