The question is if i register amazon pay later… Can my frnds make purchase using pay later with out otp…??

Can’t say about amazon but in flipkart pay later it asks otp when registered mobile number is mismatched in delivery address otherwise not.
But as per security reasons it must ask for OTP no matter who else is using.
