3. Ask Mobikwik support the same.
4. Share screenshots of mobikwik response to GYFTR and vice versa.
5. Ask GYFTR/Mobikwik to check this on priority and do regular follow-ups.
6. Mostly it will solve in 10 business days cycle.
I also threatened them saying I am going to file chargeback request and marking the transaction as fraud transaction (it’s only for satisfaction…I won’t think it change anything)
Update – Mobikwik refunded money but it is yet to receive in bank

I got help from them in past instances via Facebook page, and mobikwik help section raise ticket, although ya they take their own sweet time…
