I was not getting the cashback confirmation at check-out because my order was converted to be delivered in two different times ... Due to which it created 2 order ids and the order value was less than 1500. To avoid loosing cashback try such products which are deliverable at a single time... And do check confirmation of cashback before payment...otherwise will have to follow up with the customer care..
